Drops in timewalking instances are scaled up from their original power and stats as Timewarped gear. Timewalking (also known as "Timewalking mode") is an instance mode where a player character's attributes and gear have been scaled down to match the rough equivalent of what it would be for the dungeon if played at the appropriate level (adjusted down to the level of the Heroic dungeon), however the character retains all abilities and talents.
